Tracy Spiridakos

Tracy Spiridakos is a Canadian actor from Canada. She was the Teletoon child's comedy series Majority Rules' Becky Richards. From 2009 until 2010. From 2009 to 2010, she was a star in the role of Charlotte Matheson (Charlie) in the NBC series Revolution in the post-apocalyptic sci-fi show. She was nominated to a Saturn Award as Best Actress on Television. Annika Johnson was the character Annika on the A&E television show Bates Motel. Spiridakos was a part of the cast as Detective Hailey Upton on the A&E television drama Bates Motel. in the role of Detective Hailey Upton. Spiridakos was the daughter of restaurant owner George Spiridakos, and George Spiridakos, both of whom were born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She has two brothers. Her family relocated to Skala in Greece, south-of Sparta, shortly after her birth. In 1992 they came back to Canada. Spiridakos is deeply connected to her Greek roots and speaks fluent Greek. Spiridakos began acting in junior high school, and later went to the Actors Training Centre of Manitoba. She was a graduate of Oak Park High School in Winnipeg in 2000. Spiridakos left Winnipeg in 2007 to pursue acting. She found her first TV appearance on Supernatural within weeks. She continued to work on television, playing walk-on roles in Bionic Woman's The L Word, Hellcats, Psych and other shows. Spiridakos was in the TV movie Goblin as well as the web-based show Mortal Kombat: Legacy. She also appeared on Being Human, as Brynn McLean, the werewolf. In 2009, she won her first starring part in Majority Rules! Canada, where she played 15-year old Becky Richards. Her debut as a feature film in 2011 with Rise of the Planet of the Apes and also filmed the low-budget MichaelGreenspan-directed thriller, Kill for Me, starring across from Donal Logue and Katie Cassidy. Spiridakos played the role of Sammi in Rags (2012) which was a Nickelodeon original movie. Then she was offered a leading part on the NBC TV series Revolution as Charlotte "Charlie" Matheson, a survivalist in a dystopian future civilization. The role was offered to her during her first pilot season in Los Angeles. Spiridakos produced the pilot in Atlanta and shot the pilot in Wilmington, North Carolina. The actress was nominated for an Saturn Award for Best Actress on television for her performance in the pilot season, losing out to Anna Torv of Fringe's Anna. The second season of the show was filming in Austin, Texas.
