Rosario Isabel Dawson, born May 9, 1979] in America, is an American actress. Her first feature film came out in the 1995 independent drama Kids. Her subsequent film roles include He Got Game (1998), Josie and the Pussycats (2001), Men in Black II (2002), Rent (2005), Sin City (2005), Clerks II (2006), Death Proof (2007), Seven Pounds (2008), Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010), Unstoppable (2010), Zookeeper (2011), Trance (2013), Top Five (2014) and Zombieland: Double Tap (2019). Dawson has voiced characters for Warner Bros./DC Comics, Disney/Marvel and ViacomCBS Nickelodeon. She was also nominated for the Critics Choice Movie Award for the Best Actress In a Comedy for Top Five (2014), Trance (2013), Top Five (2014) Zombieland: Double Tap (2019). Dawson was born May 9 1979 in New York City. Her mother, Isabel Celeste, is of Afro-Cuban and Puerto Rican ancestry. Rosario was 16 when she gave birth to her birth. Isabel never married Patrick C. Harris the her biological father. When Rosario was only a year old, her mother got married to Greg Dawson, a construction worker. Dawson is four years younger than Clay. Clay is Dawson's half-brother. Dawson is also well-known for her appearances in comic adaptations of novels. These include Gail Sin City (2005), Sin City (2005), Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014), Claire Temple (2015-2018) and Diana Prince/Wonder Woman on the DC Animated Movie Universe. In 2020, she portrayed Ahsoka Tano in the second season of The Mandalorian, and is scheduled to appear in the new Disney+ original series Ahsoka.
