Aaron Jeffery

Jeffery is an award-winning New Zealand-Australian actor. His characters
include Terry Watson in Water Rats and Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He also
played the role of Matt "FletchThe Fletcher" Fletcher in Wentworth.
He was born in Howick, Auckland, Jeffery moved to Australia at the age of 17 to
study acting at NIDA. He graduated from NIDA in 1993 and started his TV career
on the children's show Ship to Shore. Jeffery is well-known for his character
Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He departed the drama in 2008. He was also a
part of the third season of the New Zealand drama Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery
was in the show Underbelly: Badness as Frank. The filming ended on the 22nd of
June. The following day it was announced that Jeffery had joined the crew of
Neighbours as Bradley Fox for two months. It was discovered in October that
Jeffery was assigned to be an Wentworth corrections officer. He also appeared
in the Bevan Lee series Between Two Worlds for the Seven Network. In April
2021, it was announced that Jeffery was being chosen to be a part of the new
Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her, which is based on the Karin Slaughter
novel of the same name. Jeffery's character on McLeod's Daughters earned him
the Silver Logie in 2007 and 2004.
